“It’s an exciting time of the year. It doesn’t feel like it yet – we need a little warmer weather, but baseball is cranking up and we’re getting going. It’s been a long year since we finished that last game with Texas Tech. With the crazy spring, summer, and fall, our guys have been through a lot. It’s exciting for them to be able to be back on the field and have a chance to compete and be able to play with their teammates and hopefully be in front of fans and play on the road and get back to some normalcy with their baseball careers.”
