WATCH: HE’S BACK: KIFFIN SPEAKS ABOUT FIRST DAY OF OLE MISS SPRING FOOTBALL PRACTICE

Ole Miss will hit the practice fields to officially open 2021 spring football drills on today. Spring practice will culminate with the annual Grove Bowl on Saturday, April 24th. Kickoff of the intrasquad scrimmage is set for 4 PM CT and will be televised by SEC Network+. Saturday practices (March 27 and April 3, 10 and 17) will take place at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and will be open to the public. Gates open at 9 AM with practice starting at approximately 9:30. Fans should park in the Pavilion garage and enter through gates 32 and 33 in the southwest corner.

The Rebels won 4 of their final 5 games, including a 26-20 win over #7 Indiana in the Outback Bowl and return a solid mix of veterans and young talent. Ole Miss returns 78% (66 of 85) of its lettermen from last season, including 19 position starters in 2021.

Eight starters and 30 total letterwinners return for one of the most dynamic offenses in the country. The Rebels ranked top 20 in the FBS in nine different offensive categories last season, including having the #3 team in the country in total offense. The Rebels shattered the school record with 555.5 yards per game.
